Is there an application fee?
No - it is free!
When do applications close?
They close on the 22nd of March, 2021.
Can I submit a piece of work that was refused by Sculpture by the Sea from a year other than 2020?
Yes, this year you can submit a work that has been refused in the past 5 years.
Can I submit an installation or site-specific piece?
Yes!
Does the the entry have to be the same as what was submitted to Sculpture by the Sea?
It does not have to be the exact same entry, but it must be inspired by or from a similar body of work.
Can I submit work that has previously exhibited in Sculpture by the Sea?
No, we are only accepting applications from works that have not been exhibited.
Are you accepting applications that were refused by Cottesloe?
At the moment, we are only accepting applications that were refused from the Bondi exhibition.
Is it possible to access the questions of the application before I start the process?

Where can I find the map?
The site map is currently being finalised and will be available to artists during site selection. In the meantime, there is a map of Q Station available on their website:

When can I visit the site?
You can visit the site anytime, once the selection has been made we will organise specific site visits with the curators.
