Artists En Plein Air
As part of Q-Station open day, Les Sculptures Refusées invites artists to come with an easel, sketchbook or drawing board to Q-Station, and join us for a day en plein air in the surrounds of the heritage and national park site and hotel at Quarantine Station, North Head Manly.

When: Sunday September 25, anytime between 10-2
Where: Q Station, North Head, Manly (park in car park and walk onto site.
What: Drop in a few hours or a whole day of drawing and painting at Q-Station
Bring: all art materials, easel, sketchbook, a small stool if you need one.

Where can I set up: You can set up anywhere on site, the wharf area is beautiful, and the views of the harbour from the hospital precinct are particularly great, there are heritage buildings across the site and some lovely bush and rainforest sites.
Come to the info point to meet us and orient yourself onsite.
Q Station is offering artists 10% of food and beverage during the day (Sept 25).
Please be aware that the site operates a hotel, so we ask all artists to be mindful of guests and not to enter hotel buildings or balconies.
The public may be walking around and interested in seeing your work or the process of landscape art.
